If a customer wishes to cancel their reservation, they must notify us by emailing reservation@antalyasuites.com. A full refund will be given for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made up to 3 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival.
